When you choose to sponsor a video with Prize365, you will receive valuable exposure and recognition for your organization, including:
Video Thank You Message: Your organization will receive a personalized thank you message in our video, specifically acknowledging your support.
Video Description: A thank you message in the description section, promoting your brand.
Website Recognition: Your organization will be highlighted with a thank you message on our website’s home page, including your organization’s logo and a direct link to your website for easy access.
Giveaway Management: Prize365 handles: Promotion, Entry Management, Winner Selection and Notification, and we will provide you with a post giveaway analysis report
5. User Accounts
Users may need to create an account to enter giveaways or access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
6. Giveaways
By entering a giveaway, you agree to abide by the rules and regulations associated with that giveaway, which will be clearly stated in the giveaway announcement.
Winners will be selected at random and notified via the contact information provided during entry.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

Official Rules for Prize365, LLC

1. Eligibility
The Prize365 giveaways (the “Giveaway”) are open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Prize365, LLC are not eligible to participate. The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
2. How to Enter
No purchase is required. Participants enter the Giveaway by leaving a comment on the giveaway video. Your comment must be submitted by 5:00 PM Pacific time. Late entries will not be considered. You may enter only once and you must fill in the information requested. You may not enter more than once by using multiple email addresses, identities or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules your submission may be removed from eligibility
3. Winner Selection
The winning comment will be selected at random from all eligible comments received during the entry period. The drawing will take place on the day of the giveaway following the end of the entry period.
4. Winner Notification
The winning comment will be notified around 7:00 PM Pacific time via a video. If a winner does not respond within 30 days of notification, we reserve the right to select an alternate winner.
5. Prizes
Prizes will be clearly stated on the Giveaway page. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives. Prize winners are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with the receipt of their prize.
6. Publicity
By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to allow Prize365 to use their name, username, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
7. Manipulation of Metrics
Entrants may not manipulate metrics on platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok to misrepresent genuine viewer engagement. By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to follow the community guidelines of these platforms.
You and any third-party may not manipulate metrics on the YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or other platforms service to misrepresent genuine viewer engagement. These metrics include numbers of views, likes, dislikes, or subscribers.

Entrants who do not comply will be disqualified.
8. General Conditions
Prize365 reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is deemed to violate these Official Rules or is submitted in a fraudulent manner. Prize365 is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries, or for any technical malfunctions that may affect the entry process.
9. Limitation of Liability
By participating in the Giveaway, entrants release and hold harmless Prize365, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance of any prize.

YouTube, Inc. Any giveaways referencing YouTube are not sponsored or administered by YouTube.

Instagram, LLC. Any giveaways referencing Instagram are not sponsored or administered by Instagram.
TikTok, Inc. Any promotions referencing TikTok are not sponsored or administered by TikTok.
Prize365 is not affiliated with any sponsors unless stated. The opinions, products, and services promoted through our sponsorships are solely those of the sponsoring companies.
Prizes in our giveaways are purchased by Prize365 but are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Prize365 unless stated otherwise.
11. Sponsor Disclaimer

A single person cannot win more than $600 within a calendar year. A single person cannot win more than one giveaway every thirty days.
17. Claim Prize
Winner has 30 days from the date of the giveaway to claim prize.
